We usually only receive complements about the prints we do, but In the unlikely event you're unhappy with your product please follow these instructions to return / receive a new product:
To return a MakeATeeOnline product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at email@example.com and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. A photo of the damage/fault . When received a replacement will be arranged ASAP. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
What can be returned:
Only Items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print may only be returned.
No returns are accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase.
We do not accept items that have noticeable wear or makeup stains.
Returns must also comply with our user agreement
We do not refund or exchange for change of mind, errors in approved proofs, shipping or stock delays or if the customer chooses the wrong garment size or color. #Note: sizing measurements are standard and descriptions are with garments. Some of the ladies garments are junior sized and they run smaller than standard ladies sizes. These garments are stated as "Junior Size" garments.
We want you to be happy and will do our best to accommodate you but we want you to understand that your product is one of a kind and personalized.
What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.
Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
To return your items:
